Client paperwork and COVID-19 forms will be sent via email once the session is booked through the BOOK APPOINTMENT button on the home page. 

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to go over intake paperwork.

Late clients may not receive their full session time. 

All no show and same day cancellations will be charged a $25 fee ($50 for 2 hours).
