KG Massage and Bodywork, LLC is owned and operated by myself, Kara Gracey. I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2017. I attended Pittsburgh Technical College where I graduated with a certificate as a therapeutic massage practitioner. Upon graduating massage school, I attended American Military University where I received a B.S. in sports and health sciences. I then went on to gain my certificate in personal training through the National Association of Sports Medicine. I am currently employed at a local college as an instructor in the therapeutic massage practitioner program. 

     I strive to ensure that my clients are happy with their massage experience from beginning to end. I specialize in therapeutic massage with the intention of correcting postural imbalances, relieving muscle tension and increasing joint range of motion. I am trained and hold certificates for each of the massage modalities I perform. Helping clients understand how their posture needs to improve is key to progressively reaching a point of living without pain and discomfort. Pain relief can be achieved through various bodywork techniques. Each massage will be tailored to fit your specific needs, whether you have chronic pain or just need to relax and decompress.
